Holistic Healing Welcome Session
This session is a free and compassionate introduction to our integrative healing center. New or curious clients can book this session to understand the services we offer, identify the modalities that best fit their needs, and have any questions answered. You’ll receive guidance for your next steps and an initial care plan.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic Therapy is a body-centered approach to releasing stress, tension, and unresolved trauma stored in the nervous system. It invites awareness to physical sensations, breath, and gentle movement, allowing the body to process and release what the mind alone cannot. This shift helps move the body out of fight, flight, or freeze and into a state of safety and balance. Somatic Therapy can benefit anyone experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, or the lingering effects of past trauma, often leading to greater resilience, calm, and self-connection.
Meditation
This healing individual session is a calming guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with your breath, body, and inner peace. This session restores peace and brings balance to the mind and nervous system. Perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation.
Reiki
Reiki is a very gentle, hands-on or hands-above energy healing practice that restores harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. Originating in Japan thousands of years ago and currently used in modern medicine for cancer patients, Reiki restores and clears energy, helping the body activate its natural ability to heal. Reiki can benefit anyone, whether feeling stressed, anxious, physically unwell, emotionally drained, or simply in need of deeper relaxation. Many experience reduced tension, relief from pain, improved sleep, a lifted mood, and emotional release, leaving them feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered.
Vibrational Sound Therapy for Individuals
Vibrational Sound Therapy is a gentle and holistic practice that uses specific sound frequencies, often delivered through Tibetan bowls placed on the chakras, to restore balance in the body, mind, and spirit.
